Project Description

The Shopping outlet will be the ground-up construction of a mixed-use retail outlet with food court, professional office spaces and conference rooms. Three buildings will be constructed on three separate streets, each building having two floors, with the first floor for the retail stores and the second floor for offices and conference rooms.  There will be a 300-space parking garage and a food court will be constructed in the center to connect all three streets of the retail outlet.  All portions of this project will be tenant-occupied.  

The Shopping outlet will build up an outstanding business trade platform for excellent Chinese manufactories and companies to exhibit their various products in the North-American market.
