Project Description

The “Project” consists of three projects hereinafter referred to as Peak Project, the Hyde Park Project and the Alamo Heights Project. The “Peak Project” consists of the development and construction of a new multifamily residential project, which is located on a MF-2A (multifamily) zoned approximately 4.6-acre site within the City of Dallas, Texas, along Peak Street, just east of Interstate 75. Development and construction activities are anticipated to include the vertical construction of six (6), four-story wood-frame buildings housing approximately 174 units (84 three-story apartments and 90 one-story flats), 84 two-car garages, a leasing office, a clubhouse, and multiple fitness centers. The “Hyde Park Project” consists of the development and construction of a new multifamily residential project located on a multifamily zoned 2.4-acre site within the City of Austin, Texas, approximately three miles from the University of Texas and downtown Austin. Development and construction activities are anticipated to include the vertical construction of three- and four-story wood-frame buildings in a wrap design around a four (4)-story,297 space concrete parking garage and two (2) courtyards. There will be approximately 210 Class A apartment units (152 one bedroom, 48 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom), a leasing office, a clubhouse, and multiple fitness centers.

The “Alamo Heights Project” consists of the development and construction of a new multifamily residential project, located within the City of San Antonio, Texas, approximately four (4) miles north of the River Walk District in Downtown San Antonio. Development and construction activities are anticipated to include the vertical construction of three (3), three story wood-frame buildings with forty-eight (48) single-car garages. It is anticipated that there will be approximately 107 Class A luxury apartment units (with a units mix consisting of approximately 60% one bedroom units, 37% two bedroom units, and 3% three bedroom units), a leasing office, a clubhouse and fitness centers.
