Development Opportunites in Harlingen, Texas

Project Description

The multi-use, multi-site development in Harlingen, Texas (the Project) is a proposed multi- use land development that consists of the projected development of phase I and phase II apartment sites for the City of Harlingen, the development of an Air Traffic Control School at the campus of Texas State Technical College (TSTC) and a hotel/retail/movie theater site built to complement a soon to be constructed Bass Pro Shops retail store.

The Project will require a stabilized full time staff of approximately 150 direct employees, plus an additional 40 new jobs per year for graduates from TSTC. Additional direct and indirect jobs are anticipated as the hotel/retail/movie theater component continues to develop
