TDI-Austin is an 18 acre site, with 8 developable acres, located on the unique South Congress Avenue, just south of downtown. The site’s superior location less than four miles from downtown, provides convenient access to major employment centers, retail, restaurants, as well as the Austin Bergstrom International Airport. The current development plan is to build 352 apartment homes on the site, utilizing a four story design that will wrap a parking garage. TDI-Austin will have the ability to be shovel ready by June 2013.
