The center, occupying over 400,000 square feet, is designed for regional community to promote its culture and serve local residents.   The center will be located, ideally next to the shopping center.   The region has high temperature and low average rainfall; therefore, it is good for a wide variety of liver performance, staged shows such as music concerts, or different kinds of outdoor activities
