One Dallas Center
Project Description
One Dallas Center is a 609,000 SF, 30-story office building in the Dallas Central Business District. Designed by I.M. Pei, the building was constructed in 1979 and is located within one-half mile of the Arts District, Baylor Hospital, Victory Park, Uptown, Dallas Convention Center and University of North Texas – Dallas CBD Campus. It is adjacent to the DART line, connecting all four routes to a 110-mile, 12-suburb network. Anchored by HKS Architects, One Dallas Center is a mixed-use project with 266,000 SF of fully leased office space that was totally renovated in 2013. The upper 17 floors of the building are slated for conversion to multifamily residential during 2014.
