AMNIEC has a wealth of experience in American immigration through our officers and directors, ranging from hundreds of EB-5 and EB-3 approvals to bringing over 1000 teachers to educational facilities in the US! Our principals have been in the EB-5 business for 20 years, longer than the Regional Center program itself. With an additional 40 years of experience with real estate in the greater Washington, D.C. area, doing EB-5 is a natural marriage of our core strengths. With projects fewer than 5 kilometers from the White House, our EB-5 program will always be a good investment.

Where we Operate

Being so close to the capital provides great real estate opportunities for EB-5, but as you can see from the map below, we are also located in a hotbed of American colleges. Our EB-5 projects are primarily in Maryland and D.C., but once you acquire your Green Card through EB-5 you can live anywhere in the United States! Our location in a school-dense area of the United States combined with having brought over 1000 teachers to institutions has given us many opportunities to understand the market, developing strategies and programs through working closely with these institutions. Moreover, our educational programs are far-reaching and incorporate schools, homestay programs, and tour groups all over the US, not just in the capital.
