AMERICAN EB-5 PROPERTIES REGINAL CENTER, LLC FORMED WIN TIME EB-5 PROPERTIES, LLC THE INVESTMENT VEHICLE FOR THE IMMIGRANT INVESTORS. AS A TEA PROJECTS, EACH IMMIGRANT INVESTOR IS PERMITTED TO INVEST $500,000. WIN TIME EB-5 PROPERTIES, LLC WILL MAKE A LOAN (FROM CAPITAL RAISED FROM IMMIGRANT INVESTORS-UP TO $60 MILLION) TO AMERICAN EB-5 PROPERTIES, LLC, A MEMBER ENTITY OF THE DEVELOPER, WITH THE SECURED IN 150-170 MAIN STREET HACKENSACK, LLC. THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF THE PROJECTS COST WILL BE FOUND THROUGH COMBINATION OF OWNER EQUITY AND CONSTRUCTION LOAN.
