The West Penn Regional Center invests EB-5 capital into job creating enterprises in Western Pennsylvania. WPRC sources projects and structures investments that meet the U.S. residency and preservation of capital goals unique to EB-5 investors.

WPRC's Focus

The projects that the WPRC has determined to invest in will have shown strong signs of producing favorable returns on a risk adjusted basis and in job creation. In so doing, the Company will provide investors access to certain projects and investments to which they may not otherwise have access: Infrastructure, Public Private Partnerships, Hotels, Hospitality and Convention Centers, and Energy.

• Will facilitate Immigrant Investor visa (EB-5) applications to the United States by providing immigration legal assistance though our partnerships with various immigration attorney experts, and offer quality investment opportunities for foreign nationals.
• The EB-5 Program is run and governed by the USCIS Agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
• WPRC covers an eight county area: (Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Lawrence, Washington and Westmorland).
