New England Center for Business Development

The New England Regional Center for Business Development, Inc is an authorized Regional Center for the USCIS EB-5 Program. NERC is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts and focuses on projects in the New England area of the United States. Our Geographical Area includes Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk counties in Massachusetts, and Bristol, Kent, Providence, and Washington counties in Rhode Island. 

The New England Regional Center is managed by a team of professionals that cover the specialties necessary to make the Regional Center an effective and productive organization. The Regional Center’s duties will be to manage and administer project development, finance, marketing, legal and accounting functions that are associated with the operation of a successful USCIS approved Regional Center. While the NERC is in its infancy, certain of the aforementioned duties may be outsourced and later brought in-house as the Regional Center grows.
