The New York Prime Regional Center, LLC (PRC) is designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, a branch of the United States Department of Homeland Security, as a provider of the EB-5 Regional Center Program. Prime Regional Center, LLC is based in Cohoes, New York, that has as its geographical area fifteen (15) contiguous counties in New York: Albany, Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Greene, Madison, Montgomery, Onondaga, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Seneca, Warren, and Washington Counties as well as the adjacent geographic counties.
