Southern Film Regional Center has been created and approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to provide a source of capital that can be used in a variety of flexible financing structures to fund diverse projects. A major focus of the SFRC is in the film and entertainment industry, but we are not limited to those industries for this program. Due to the overall awareness and aggressive growth of the EB-5 program, SFRC can offer capital that can cover a multitude of industries. We have experience in development, hospitality, retail, education, infrastructure, and manufacturing. EB-5 financing can be used as an alternative to mezzanine capital buyouts and bridge loans.
SFRC has successfully raised EB-5 capital with the assistance of attorneys and professionals who, not only have expertise in Securities, Corporate, Immigration and, if applicable, Real Estate law, but are also well-versed in the unique requirements the EB-5 program. Therefore, SFRC works with one of the top rated EB-5 immigration attorneys, EB-5 economists, business planners, securities attorney, and several overseas brokers.
