Eagle Bay Development LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of California in 2012 that will provide real estate development services to customers in its targeted markets. Eagle Bay will be managed by experienced professionals of diverse backgrounds but similar work ethics and will utilize a management system that ensures responsiveness and directive while wisely spreading the responsibilities and aligning incentives of its people.
Eagle Bay Development LLC is a California-based real estate development limited liability company formed to provide real estate investment and permanent resident status opportunities through the USCIS EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program – which allows individuals from around the world to attain U.S. permanent residency, and ultimately U.S. citizenship, through investment in U.S. businesses and creation of U.S. jobs.
Expansion Plan
The Founder expects that the Company will aggressively expand during the first three years of operations. As the real estate market returns to normal conditions gradually, Eagle Bay Development LLC will be an excellent position to recognize profits from the sale of completed properties. In the future, the Company may also enter into the commercial real estate market or develop mortgage brokering operations to assist homebuyers with financing their purchases from the Company.
Investment Philosophy
Our company will choose to invest in financing construction development projects. The types of buildings we will focus our investments on are those of current booming industries. As of 2012 in Bay Area, these industries would be the Medical Industry, the Web 2.0/Mobile Communications Industry, and Community Living Industry (condos). We believe the owners of these types of buildings are willing to pay more and quicker for fast-pace development of their projects, because they are in booming markets. These are also industries where the Chinese immigrant investors are most interested in, as they are unique to the Bay Area and are in general famous and prominent in the Bay Area.
