CNYRC has been designated by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a qualifying regional center in the Immigrant Investor EB-5 program.
CNYRC can help position and develop projects to allow them to access capital via EB-5 and other subsidy and alternative capital programs. Our team has vast experience and has participated in over $100B of financings and restructurings for multinational and U.S. clients. We specialize in many industries including real estate development, engineering and related services, entertainment, education and research & development ventures, although we will consider projects in many other industries. CNYRC’s focus is promoting economic growth and capital investment opportunities to qualifying projects located in metropolitan New York and surrounding counties.
CNYRC principals have worked in major global financial institutions in the U.S. and internationally. The team has experience in real estate, structured finance, investment banking, U.S. public markets, and community development finance arena. Collectively, they have participated in over $100B of financings and restructurings for multinational and U.S. clients.
The principals are multilingual and have performed due diligence on hundreds of projects. This has uniquely positioned the team to assist both domestic and global project sponsors understand and take advantage of incentives and opportunities available in the NY metropolitan area.
