The Regional Center of South Florida, LLC received approval from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on December 14, 2009 to operate as a designated EB-5 regional center for the South Florida counties of Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe. Our Regional Center is approved to fund projects in all of Florida’s fourteen key industries, including Education, Homeland Security and Defense, Financial and Professional Services, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Agriculture, Clean Energy, Aviation and Aerospace, Tourism and Entertainment, Information Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Maritime and Real Estate.

The multi-industry approval gives us the advantage to review a wide array of projects and only select those that we believe will appeal to immigrant investors. Our Regional Center only promotes superior EB-5 projects and pools immigrant investor proceeds to make loans to qualified commercial enterprises. The job creating EB-5 projects must be located within State designated Target Employment Areas. Our principals began working in the EB-5 arena in 1991 and have the necessary expertise to identify successful EB-5 projects and manage the entire EB-5 process. We are an independent Regional Center with no affiliation with the commercial enterprises and projects we promote. We conduct extensive financial and operating due diligence, in-depth project risk and return analysis and rigorous compliance with our immigration and securities laws in order to provide the highest quality service and to ensure the objectives of all involved are met and that all EB-5 requirements are satisfied.

Our Regional Center was founded and is managed by an experienced team of professionals with significant EB-5 experience dating to the inception of the EB-5 program in 1991. Our team has witnessed firsthand the development and growth of the EB-5 program in general and the Regional Center Pilot Program in particular.
