Great Lakes Regional Center
Great Lakes Regional Center brings a fresh perspective to EB-5 for both investors and projects. Our principal has been involved in conducting business on an international basis for more than 40 years, particularly in China, where he has founded and developed new Chinese businesses including joint ventures for U.S. corporations.
For investors, this means a deep respect for the Chinese culture and the personal goals that lead to an EB-5 investment. Our experienced team takes an action-oriented, holistic approach to ensuring that the urban development projects we offer are successful for investors, project owners, developers and the communities in which they are built. Our projects undergo a thorough review process to determine their eligibility for EB-5 investment, viability and ability to bring needed jobs to their neighborhoods. We can work with project developers to provide access to funds from EB-5 as well as many other funding sources such as tax credits, grants and community development incentives to ensure a strong funding package.
