Silver State Regional Center (SSRC) helps foreign investors apply for and obtain residency in the United States through qualifying investments in U.S. businesses. Our office is located in Nevada with affiliates and partners in Los Angeles and multiple locations in China. SSRC facilitates in raising capital for projects within the guidelines of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. USCIS administers the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as “EB-5,” created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors.
