American Oil Regional Center is the EB-5 Regional Center behind the Fraser Centre mixed-use development in State College, PA.
HOTEL
The Fraser Centre has a signed Franchise Agreement with Hyatt Hotels for the construction of a new Hyatt Place hotel which will anchor the Fraser Centre. The hotel will consist of 165 Hyatt Place signature rooms with a contemporary design.
RESIDENTIAL
Fraser Condos, the residential portion of The Fraser Centre, caps the development on levels 9 through 12. These four floors are comprised of 26 residential condominium units, including four elegant penthouse suites. Anticipated completion Spring 2017.
RETAIL
The Fraser Centre offers approximately 50,000 square feet of large, modern format, highly visible retail space in downtown State College, one block away from The Pennsylvania State University main campus. Retail includes brand names such as Target and H&M.
