OIS Regional Center
A wholly owned subsidiary of OIS, OIS-NCA (dba OIS Regional Center), is a Regional Center for the 5 county San Francisco Bay Area region of northern California. The principal advantage of a Regional Center is to allow immigrant/investors to rely on indirect employment (i.e. using an approved economic forecasting model) rather than solely direct employment (i.e. hiring full time employees at the project).
The primary objective of the OIS Regional Center is to assist foreign investors desiring to immigrate to the US using the EB-5 visa program. OIS accomplishes this goal by identifying high quality real estate renovation and new development project opportunities in northern California. The projects are structured to meet EB-5 investor needs as well as all USCIS requirements, including location in a TEA and producing at least 10 new direct/indirect jobs per $500,000 investment.
