California Sunshine Regional Center
California Sunshine Regional Center (CSRC) is officially designated a regional center by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
CSRC proposes to direct investment within a geographic area encompassing the counties of Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, San Mateo and Santa Cruz within the State of California.
CSRC will serve as the General Partner for a series of Limited Partnerships, into which EB-5 investors (Limited Partners) will make at-risk equity investments. The Partnerships will direct EB-5 capital into job-creating projects via financial mechanisms which may include equity ownership or loan agreements.
CSRC carefully consider the location of all projects to ensure that the project qualifies as a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) if the investor capital contribution is going to take place at the reduced $500,000 investment threshold.
Is the Regional Center a Public Agency, Government Entity or a Public/Private Partnership (EDC/EDA) affiliated or associated with one?No
