Tri-Cities Investment District, LLC (TCID) Regional Center is founded by well established Real Estate Developers, Brokers, Bankers, Accountants, Commercial General Contractors, Economists and Legal Advisors who are experienced in all aspects of developing successful Projects.
Operating in the Tri-Cities Metropolitan Statistical Area "MSA" which is located in Benton and Franklin Counties of Washington state, this is the home of the Tri-Cities Research District. This district is the site of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, which employs 5000 researchers and scientists, also the Department of Energy, the HAMMER Training Facility, Bechtel, Fluor, and Lockheed Martin Engineering Firms, the Mid-Columbia Energy Initiative, and also the Hanford Nuclear Energy Facility which employs 10,000 skilled workers. The area is rich in opportunity for future growth and expansion due to billions of dollars of U.S. Government spending on the Department of Energy's "Vitrification Plant" which is currently the largest Construction Project in the U.S. which is now budgeted to exceed $50 Billion Dollars.
