Pacific Dynasty Regional Center
Pacific Dynasty Regional Center was created as a real estate investment and development company to assist new immigrants to obtain their permanent residents in the U.S. The business plan for the company is to obtain safe projects with returns, preservation of investor’s investments with minimum risk and yet meet the stringent requirements to qualify under the EB-5 program under section 203(b)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

(ie..7-11, Macdonald, Family Dollar, Burger King, etc.). These projects can be liquidated and sold easily when the investors obtain their permanent residents status.
