California Real Estate Regional Center (“CaRE”) is the premier EB-5 hotel financier and developer. CaRE specializes in hotel development projects in US gateway cities and works with top industry affiliates including the Waldorf Astoria, Hyatt, Marriott, the University of Southern California and Banc of California. The CaRE team has set-up, advised, and administered more than ten EB-5 regional centers and has more than 50 years of experience developing and managing real estate projects in North America, Latin America and Europe. Since 2011, CaRE has closed $58 million in EB-5 capital from hundreds of international investors financing $180 million of hotel developments creating more than 1,500 new jobs in the US.

CaRE is a USCIS designated EB-5 Regional center approved to finance real estate projects throughout Southern California, including: Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Riverside Counties. 

CaRE has over 50 years of professional experience. We are a Los Angeles based team of Finance, Hospitality, CPA, Legal and EB-5 professionals. CaRE independently evaluates and structures each fundraise based on strict EB-5 and finance underwriting criteria. CaRE only takes on projects that we believe are a good fit for the EB-5 Program.
