Velocity Regional Center is a USCIS-approved regional center. Its geographic scope covers the 13 counties in the State of California: Fresno, Imperial, Kern, Kings, Los Angeles, Merced, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Ventura. It includes the industries of (NAICS 4541) Electronic Shopping and Mail-Order Houses, (NAICS 2362) Nonresidential Building Construction, and (NAICS 7222) Limited-Service Eating Places. VRC will be responsible for the ongoing oversight of the Project’s compliance with USCIS and the EB-5 Program requirements.

Velocity will be focusing on the counties that are either experiencing a great growth and development as well as a population boom but have been struggling economically, such as Kern, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Joaquin or are already well populated and established. The reasoning for this is twofold. First, the counties witnessing a population boom are going to be in need of services, housing, office space etc., and the second being that there will be the employee pool to hire from locally and contribute to the growth and development of the region. Also, as the areas grow, the investments will be producing profits for the investors, who can then use the profits to invest further in other areas.

The philosophy is the same with already established and populated areas such as Los Angeles, Orange County and Ventura. These areas need upgrades and new businesses and services to revitalize the community, create business, jobs and attract new talent.
