EB5 MICHIGAN REGIONAL CENTER has developed a team of financial experts either on the EB5 team or independent third party consultants who review financial statements, business plans, proformas, market analyses, econometric models, and credentials of project principals.

EB5 MICHIGAN REGIONAL CENTER CHOOSES PROJECTS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

1. Economic modeling demonstrating that the project will meet or exceed the guidelines established by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services;
2. Business plans or models that indicate a safe investment for our foreign investors;
3. Evidence of involvement of other credible financing sources;
4. Government involvement in the project;
5. Equity positions of the project owners
