California Wineries & Vineyards Regional Center (CWVRC)

Approved by the USCIS in December 2009, we are to put together different projects to raise series of funds to invest and acquire:

• vineyards, farmland, wineries and infrastructure that will produce wine grapes; or
• troubled wineries as defined under USCIS EB-5 regulations

 

We are seeking accredited investors, as defined under SEC Regulation D, to participate in this EB-5 regional center projects located within Napa and Sonoma Counties whom at the same time can gain permanent residency to the United States. 

Our projects intend to promote job creation and economic growth through the following activities happening within Napa and Sonoma counties:

1. Wine or table grape growing, harvesting and processing
2. Wine manufacturing, bottling, warehousing

 

California Wineries & Vineyards LLC RC involves with agricultural projects. 

We are low risk equity-based investment. 

Each accredited investor's investment is $500,000.  Administration fee is $45,000. 

Each active project will not be more than 25 investors, first-come first serve.
