Our focus is to assist communities and their related local government agencies throughout the greater Southern California and Southwestern Nevada areas by procuring foreign national investment capital into construction projects such as medical facilities, housing, roads, sewer, water, electricity generation, technology innovations, energy transportation, communication upgrades, manufacturing, public and private building structures, and hospitality.

Objective

We combine EB-5 capital with that of federal, regional, state and local economic development authorities and private entities. The objective is to pool resources for various infrastructure and deployment investments that ultimately stimulate economic growth in our local communities, as infrastructure is the backbone of long-term economic growth and job creation.

Structure

The EB-5 program does not require the immigrant investor to manage their investment on a daily basis, but rather you are “actively engaged” in a business enterprise by acting as a limited partner. Each of our EB-5 investment projects are structured as a limited liability, limited partnership, relieving each limited partner from the responsibilities of managing day-to- day operations of a business, which allows you the freedom to pursue other personal and professional goals.
