Located in the most vibrant and dynamic city in the world, New York City, NYIRC is a Regional Center helping new immigrant investors obtain their permanent residency in the US.
As a Regional Center, NYIRC provides immigrant investors the opportunity to obtain permanent residency in the US through investments in real estate projects developed by the SMA Group.
The mission of NYIRC is to use the EB-5 Regional Center Program to:
- Create new U.S. jobs in New York State.
- Help qualified Foreign Investors meet the requirements of the EB-5 Program in order to earn U.S. permanent residency, a green card, for themselves and their families (including the investor's spouse and children under twenty-one (21) years of age).
The NYIRC Regional Center Area includes all of New York City along with select counties in New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
