RZ International Virginia Regional Center

RZI-VA is a Richmond Virginia headquartered international community development investment firm. RZI-VA is committed to attracting international capital into Virginia communities to finance the development of quality real estate projects that create jobs, strengthen neighborhoods and serve as catalyst for additional investment and development. RZI-VA received federal designation as an EB-5 Regional Center from the Department of Homeland Security’s US Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on February 15, 2015 under the EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program.

International capital can be a viable source for financing the development or expansion of real estate projects and other entrepreneurial ventures. As a USCIS designated Regional Center, RZI-VA partners with international investors and Virginia business and governmental leaders to bring quality economic development projects to Virginia communities. RZI-VA is particularly interested in hotels, mixed use projects, assisted living communities and the adaptive re-use of historically significant properties.

RZI-VA is managed by Renaissance Community Partners (RCP), a real estate private equity and advisory firm with a focus on emerging domestic communities. RCP has significant experience and expertise working with a variety of community economic development finance tools, such as tax exempt bond financing, HUD Section 108 loans, federal and state Historic Tax Credits, the US Department of Treasury’s New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) program, as well as the EB-5 program.
