American Vision Regional Center is a limited liability company founded in 2012 for the purpose of raising investment capital from international investors who wish to participate in an EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. In 2014 it was designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to offer Investor Visa / Green Card through the EB5 Immigrant Investor Program.
American Vision Regional Center is looking for investors in different commercial projects in the Houston metropolitan area. The business plan for each project is in a separate packet. Some of our projects include a Marina, a restaurant, hotel, convention center, senior living, and residential spaces.
We specialize in developing commercial and residential properties in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Galveston, Liberty, Waller, Chambers, Austin and San Jacinto Counties.
