Encore Georgia Regional Center, LLC (“EGRC”) offers investment opportunities within the entire state of Georgia, which gives the EGRC team the ability to deliver EB-5 projects.  The EGRC encompasses the entire state of Georgia.

The Encore Georgia Regional Center projects are intended to create positive economic change throughout the above areas, particularly through investment in the state’s designated Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs).   A targeted employment area, as  defined by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, is a rural area or an area that has experienced unemployment of at least  150% of the national average rate.

As specified by the requirements of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program [Section 203(b)], the minimum qualifying investment made within a TEA is $500,000 per investor, while the minimum for those made outside of a TEA is $1 million per investor.  With this emphasis on TEAs, the Encore Georgia Regional Center will empower investors with a lower threshold of investment and will enrich those areas with a greater potential for positive impact. The Encore Georgia Regional Center is uniquely positioned to offer a wide array of commercial real estate investments to EB-5 Immigrant Investors.  The principals of the Encore Georgia Regional Center have extensive knowledge and experience in the EB-5 program and are able to identify, underwrite, and market well-positioned commercial real estate projects.
