FutureCare Regional Center of Southern California, Inc., is a California corporation established in 2012 and is an approved Regional Center by the USCIS. Our geographical jurisdiction spans the five primary counties of Southern California: Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino. Our focus is on healthcare-related EB-5 projects but we will also sponsor non healthcare projects on a case-by-case basis. FutureCare is affiliated with and sponsors projects developed by Summerland Senior Living, LLC, a California-based developer and operator of assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facilities.
FutureCare Regional Center of Southern California is uniquely focused on providing Southern California-based investment opportunities in the healthcare sector to our EB-5 immigrant investor clients. Our management team includes professionals in commercial real estate and in healthcare, with an emphasis in healthcare real estate transactions. Our experience spans the entire healthcare spectrum, from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to assisted living and memory care facilities. We live and work in Southern California and we understand both the development and regulatory issues connected with building and operating healthcare facilities in the region. We are committed to providing capital for high quality projects run by reputable sponsors and to giving our clients the tools they need to obtain green cards.
