Westmill Mid-Atlantic Regional Center is wholly owned by Live in America Financial Services LLC ("Live in America"). Live in America offers a platform of regional centers covering major markets throughout the United States.​ It has sponsored more than a dozen projects with 100% approvals of projects and investors who have been adjudicated. 

Live in America Financial Services LLC (“Live in America”) is wholly owned by The LCP Group, L.P. ("LCP"), a private real estate investment firm. LCP has been investing in and managing major real estate properties since 1974. In 1993, LCP assets were spun off into a New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) listed Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”), which still trades today as Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP) and has around $4.7 billion in gross assets with a diversified portfolio consists of 188 properties, including land, across 43.7 million square feet in 39 U.S. states as of March 31, 2017. Apart from that, LCP manages real estate assets in excess of $500 million, including significant hospitality assets, and owns 25% interest in a third-party independent hotel operator.
