Bronx Medical Office Campus Development Project
Project Description
EB-5 funding will assist with the second phase of development at the Hutchinson Metro Center, one of the Bronx’s most successful office park complexes. The project includes the construction of a new approximately 400,000 square feet office, retail, and hotel facility, and a 1,165-car parking facility. The project also includes a series of surrounding infrastructure improvements to support the complex and continue the revitalization of this section of New York City.
