Construction of Ecco on Orange (an investment of Atlantic American Fortune Fund II) is moving along quickly. The structured parking garage is now erected and installation of MEPs (Mecahnical, Electrical and Plumbing) is now in progress.
Stairwells #2 and #3 are installed and poured and Elevator Shaft #2 is complete. Stairwells #1 and #4 and Elevator #4 are near completion.
Conduit is now being installed along Orange Avenue for the burial of the existing overhead power lines. Onsite primary power conduit has been installed to the transformer pad locations.
Pouring of the Residential Building SOG (Slab on Grade) is scheduled to occur in July with framing materials onsite at the end of the month.
