Curious about the real estate industry or already in the biz?

Executives from the real estate, finance and technology industries will come together at the 8th annual NYC Real Estate Expo in Manhattan later this month to discuss such topics as New York’s development boom, how technology is changing the real estate business, and how to stage a home for a quick sale.

Michael Stoler, managing director of Madison Realty Capital and president of New York Real Estate TV, will give a keynote address on emerging trends in real estate. Some of the topics he will discuss are crowdfunding, co-working, co-living, the Immigrant Investor Program (EB-5), and capital from non-bank lenders.

The event, put on by NYC Network Group, is expected to attract more than 3,000 attendees to the New York Hilton Midtown on Thursday, September 29. Tickets are $80 in advance or $100 at the show.
