Attorneys Nataliya Rymer, Jennifer Hermansky, and Dillon Colucci from global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will present at The EB-5 Summit for Attorneys and Developers at the Jolly Hotel Madison Towers in New York April 29, 2016. The summit brings together professionals on all sides of EB-5 for a day full of panels and networking opportunities.

Colucci will speak on the panel, “How to overcome indebtedness NOIDS and the status of current litigation and strategies, and other source of funds hot topics,” at 9 a.m. Rymer will be a panelist for, “Tips and Tricks of Speedy Consular Processing: When to go to LegNet and understanding their role” at 10:30 a.m., and Hermanksy will participate in the “EB-5 Deal Teams in the Retrogression Era” panel discussion at 1 p.m.

Rymer focuses her practice on employment-based immigration and compliance. She represents clients in a wide range of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant matters, including professionals, managers and executives, artists and entertainers, treaty traders and investors, immigrant investors, and persons of extraordinary ability. Rymer also has experience working with employers on I-9 employment verification matters as well as H-1B and LCA compliance-related issues. She counsels employers on due diligence issues, including internal audits and reviews, as well as minimization of exposure and liabilities in government investigations.

Hermansky focuses her practice on both employment-based and family-based immigration. She has experience serving health care, pharmaceutical, and real estate industries, as well as entrepreneurs, scientists, and researchers in scientific communities. Hermansky represents clients in a wide range of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters including students, professionals, managers and executives, artists and entertainers, treaty investors, individuals of extraordinary ability, and immigrant investors.

Colucci is an immigration associate in the New York office of Greenberg Traurig. He practices and handles U.S. immigration concerns and helps individuals, families, professionals, skilled workers, investors, and businesses live, work, invest, and do business in the United States. Colucci works extensively on EB-5 immigrant investor matters. He regularly works with developers across a variety of industries, as well as private equity funds on developing new projects that qualify for EB-5 investments. He also counsels foreign nationals on obtaining permanent residency through individual or Regional Center EB-5 investments. Colucci is not admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York.
