Finding TEAs By County in Three Tiny Steps

Finding TEAs By County in Three Tiny Steps

Let's face it; digging through TEA sources to get designation letter data should be available seconds, not minutes or hours.  When the county and tracts are already known, who has the time to plow through online mapping systems, dig through state-provided Excel files just to get data?  Why not just type in the county and select one or more tracts from a dropdown and instantly get the report? Right? First the back-story...

Last week, an immigration attorney called our number (844 GET-INCENTIVES) for assistance on a TEA report and then offered to pay us to use our own mapping system  to build future multi-tract TEA reports for her.  She seemed very sharp and already did her homework on her current project and TEA by selecting various tracts on the ReinID Map to obtain tract averages of 9.3% or higher (a.k.a "gerrymandering") to carve out her TEA; however, I politely told her that her offer to pay for us for future "gerrymandering analysis" was deeply appreciated but not necessary (actually I said "absurd" with a tone of mild humor and defiance -- I'll explain this in next paragraph) and that I would proudly assist her in any manner I could and together we'll get what she needs.  (Also, customer support is very important to me personally and tending to the specific needs of our clients helps us understand market needs and wants. Even though our team schedule is chaotic on good days, hearing from new clients is always exciting and a welcomed break.)

Why did I tell her that paying us for "gerrymandering analysis" was absurd? We were just one hour of releasing a better solution that afternoon and we just made the TEA process as simple as 1,2,3.   The market needs better EB-5 solutions and we exist to offer them.

Enjoy!
