The upcoming EB-5 Visa Bulletin for February 2020 has been released and here’s what it reveals for Mainland China, Vietnam, and India.
The rest of the world remains “C” or current, meaning that an EB-5 investor with an approved I-526 Petition may receive a visa as soon as one is available.
Instead of updating the Visa Bulletin for January 2020 after the Regional Center Program was extended to September 30, 2020, the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs left the Regional Center Program rows as “U” or unauthorized, despite it being authorized. The Visa Bulletin for February 2020, however, is up-to-date.
Final Action Dates
The final action dates for Mainland China and Vietnam have advanced about one week. Mainland China’s final action date was November 22, 2014, in January’s visa bulletin, but it has advanced in the upcoming February visa bulletin to December 1, 2014. Vietnam’s final action date was December 8, 2016 in January’s visa bulletin, but in the upcoming February visa bulletin has advanced to December 15, 2016.
