Record-breaking news: In the last month, CanAm received more than 260 I-526 approvals from USCIS on various projects. Among the projects with approvals are All Aboard Florida in CanAm’s Florida Regional Center, Tishman Speyer's Jacx (formerly known as the Gotham Towers) in New York and Tishman Speyer’s the Wheeler Building (also known as Macy’s Office Tower) in downtown Brooklyn, New York, all of which have I-924 exemplar approvals.

While current published USCIS adjudication times remain at 24 months, I-526 petitions approved last month were adjudicated as little as12 months.

To date, more than 3,700 investor-families have received I-526 approvals through investing in one of CanAm’s 55 EB-5 projects.

Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur, is the first step for immigrant investors to obtain U.S. residency. According to the latest statistics published by USCIS, the volume of the I-526 petition submissions has increased over the years.

CanAm’s director and in-house immigration counsel Walter Gindin, Esq., comments: “The keys to a I-526 petition approval are 1) well-documented legal source and path of investment funds and 2) a qualifying investment project that is compliant with EB-5 regulations.” Basing its work on credibility and trust, CanAm has more than 30 years of experience structuring immigration-linked investments in the United States and Canada. It is CanAm’s experience helps guide investors through the crowed EB-5 market place.

Congratulations to these families for taking a big step toward the dream of immigrating to the United States!
