Project Description

The project is a "4 Star" 14-floor Marriott Marquis located next to the Walter E Washington Convention Center in downtown Washington, D,C. The hotel contains 1.3 million gross square feet and 1,167 rentable rooms. There is also 108,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space. The hotel officially opened on May 1st, 2014 and all EB-5 investors have received permanent green cards.
