Miami-CN Global Partners announces new $476M EB-5 project

CN Global Partners announces new $476M EB-5 project that will be the construction of a sixty-story tower along the Miami River with approximately 700 residential rental units, 60,000 net square feet of commercial space, and a parking garage (“Phase I”). Four subsequent phases of the Project will create a new mixed-use neighborhood in Miami’s urban core that will encompass three city blocks and 5.76 acres and will include a mix of residential space, retail/shopping, office, hotel, entertainment, and parking along the Miami River.  The Project will also feature an extensive set of amenities to serve the needs of residents, neighbors, hotel guests, and visitors, including more than 180,000 square feet of new retail space, a renovated public river walk promenade, rooftop gardens, pools and health clubs, and an elevated amenity deck.
