Melcher Street Project has started to receive its I-526 approvals from USCIS. We eagerly waited for this, so we are so excited to share the news of this success with you! Over this past year, we worked closely with our investors to build patience and confidence, as USCIS processing times seemed never-ending. However, the good news is, in the last quarter we have seen much greater efficiency from the Immigration Service regarding processing times and communication. In addition to I-526 approvals, the Melcher Street Project is enjoying commercial success. Bastille Kitchen, our joint venture restaurant, opened over the summer and has been dubbed one of the U.S.' 12 hottest French restaurants by Zagat, attracting all sorts of celebrities for dinner, like Derek Jeter and Donald Trump. Above the restaurant, the Melcher Street Project's rental lofts are completed, leased up, and gorgeous
