Raymond Castillo, Imperial County Supervisor District 5 , Michael Kelley, Imperial County Supervisor District 3, Efrain Silva, Mayor Pro-tem of the City of El Centro , Juan Vargas, Congressman, CA 51st District, Manuel Perez, Majority Floor Leader, Assembly Member 56th District, Darletta Willis, CEO of the El Centro Chamber of Commerce, and Timothy Kelley, President and CEO of the Imperial Valley Economic Development Corporation were in attendance for the ceremony.
