The CMB Infrastructure Investment Group 46 Partnership received an I-924 project approval from the USCIS on September 6, 2016. Construction of the target investment completed in October, 2016. The 1.2 million square foot Class A industrial/logistics facility has signed a lease agreement with Starbucks Corporation who now occupies the building.
