Images for the Virgin Hotel set to rise at 1205-1225 Broadway in NoMad have been leaked.
The images come courtesy of a tipster who handed the designs over to New York YIMBY. They show that the building’s 100,000-square-foot podium, which will house retail space, will be partially cantilevered over a plaza.
In June, reports emerged that the building will rise 38 stories and encompass 440,000-square feet of hotel and retail space. The new designs appear to confirm the earlier report that the fourth floor will have outdoor space.
The Lam Group is developing the 489-room hotel.
