An EB-5 Company in the USA will launch a new innovative plan to provide a Green Card at a lower amount than the old investment amount of $500,000 that already expired and now has been raised to $800,000. Plan - A green card to the USA for only $400,000 with a loan of $400,000 from our partner's fund. The $400,000 amount would be among one of the lowest amounts currently offered in the EB-5 market along with one of the highest loan amounts. The EB-5 investor would only have to own collateral of sufficient value to show so a loan could be extended for the remaining $400,000 but it will be for an unsecured loan to bring the balance of investment to the new EB-5 required investment amount of $800,000 for a TEA project location. The collateral for the loan does not have to be in the USA and may be in the home country of the EB-5 investor. Only unsecured loans will be provided in this plan for investors at higher interest rates than for secured loans.
