Greenberg Traurig Expands Immigration Practice with Addition of Rosanna Michelle Fox in New York

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP welcomes Rosanna Michelle Fox to the Business Immigration & Compliance Practice as it continues to grow its New York Immigration Practice. Fox, previously a partner at Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP, joins as a shareholder.

Fox focuses her practice on EB-5 compliance, immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, and employment compliance. She advises a wide array of clients, ranging from foreign investors to entrepreneurs, with regard to immigration policies and options when investing and establishing businesses in the United States. Fox has a deep understanding of the EB-5 process and is actively engaged with clients in completing all steps required for issuance of EB-5 visas as well as represents employers in PERM Labor Certification matters.
