CN Global Partners is thrilled to partner with investUS (Regional Center) & HRV Hotel Partners with its 5 star Bishop's Lodge EB-5 project. This iconic 1920s resort situated on 317 acres in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo range of the Rocky Mountains is being re-envisioned as one of the top resorts in the nation. Bishop's Lodge is currently in finishing phases and includes 120 new and renovated guest rooms and suites. With 317 acres of discovery, nestled within the Rocky Mountains and nearby Santa Fe New Mexico and nearby to the oldest state capital in America… with its rich heritage a duty and a passion. The project will comprise approximately 104 total keys, including approximately 102 guest rooms and suites (50 renovation keys and 52
new construction keys) an outdoor amphitheater for live performances and movies; a retail boutique; a multi-function studio serving as an artist studio, gallery, and screening room; horse stables, including a trail riding program; and a fishing cabin that will include fly fishing school and an outfitter/guide facility.
