The project is located within the central business district of prefered beach location, in close
proximity to the beach. The area boasts over 22-miles of white sand beaches.
Attractions include Beach Golf Club, Beach Fishing Pier and Pavilion which offers outdoor movies and music events, such as the Summer Jazz concert series. Prefered Beach area is also home to a wide variety of restaurants
and local breweries, as well as myriad oceanfront clubs and bars.
